About Aspen Leaf
Family-owned. Nurse-led. Rooted in Eastern Colorado.
Exceptional care for your finest seasons.
Four small homes. One mission: to give every resident the dignity, care, and warmth of family.
Our Story
A home built on clinical excellence and genuine compassion.
Aspen Leaf wasn't built by a corporate developer or a chain operator. It was built by a nurse who spent two decades inside hospitals, ICUs, and home health — watching how senior care could be done better.
Today, that vision lives across four small, residential homes in Flagler, Stratton, and Limon. Each one is intentionally smaller than a typical assisted living facility because we believe seniors deserve to live in a home, not an institution.
Our caregivers know every resident by name, story, and preference. Our owner — a Registered Nurse — personally trains the team and stays involved in care decisions. And every family that walks through our doors knows they're trusting their loved one to people who actually live in this community.

What We Believe
The values that shape every day at Aspen Leaf.
Dignity, Always
Every resident is treated with the respect of an elder, the warmth of a family member, and the privacy of someone in their own home.
Clinical Excellence
Nurse-led oversight, QMAP medication management, and ongoing staff training mean care that meets the highest professional standards.
Genuine Connection
Smaller homes mean caregivers know each resident as a person — their stories, their preferences, what makes them smile.

We're part of the Eastern Colorado community. Residents stay close to family, friends, and the towns they call home.
