Assisted Living in Flagler, Colorado

Our Flagler home provides assisted living — 24/7 personal support with the everyday things: bathing, dressing, medication, meals, and companionship. We're a small residential home, not an institution, so the care is personal and the faces stay familiar. I'm a Registered Nurse and I oversee every resident's care plan myself.

Every medication is administered by our QMAP-certified staff (Qualified Medication Administration Personnel) under my oversight as an RN. Every dose is tracked, and any change is communicated to the family right away. Families tell me this is one of the biggest worries we take off their plate.

Yes. If a family caregiver needs a break, or a loved one needs somewhere safe to recover for a little while, we welcome respite and short-term stays when we have a room available. The best thing to do is call us and we'll tell you honestly what's open.

We're on Pawnee Avenue in Flagler, right off the I-70 corridor on Colorado's Eastern Plains — easy for families coming from Limon, Stratton, Burlington, or the Denver and Colorado Springs metros to reach for a visit.

Our monthly rate covers your room, meals, daily personal care, medication management and the everyday support that makes a house feel like home — there is no separate care-level fee on top. What moves the number is the level of care needed, room type, and which home you choose. We accept Medicaid, Long-Term Care insurance, VA benefits and private pay, and I'm glad to walk through exactly what your family's situation would look like.
